The E2E Building is available for hosting rehearsal dinners, wedding reception, birthday parties, baby showers, pop-up shops and business events.
Conveniently located off of 895 and S. Laburnum Ave. We are neighbors to Varina High School and located in the old Varina Library. The E2E building accommodates 65 people. Included with every rental are (4) 6 ft. rectangular folding tables, (6) hexagon tables (seats 6) and (2) 8ft rectangle tables. The E2E building also offers a small kitchen, including a stove and microwave.

Rental Information
- Rental is from 9 AM - Midnight
- Rental price is $600 per day
- Get a "day before" or a day after rental for an additional $300 per day.
- Security deposit of $150 is due at the time of signing the rental agreement.
- Dates will not be held without a security deposit and signed agreement.
- Rental fees are due one week prior to your event date.
- Alcohol is allowed on the premises with a valid ABC license.
- We do not require you to use preferred vendors.
