Who Are We
Excel to Excellence Foundation Inc. develops innovative programs and strong partnerships that provide the resources, life experiences and environment to mold youth into healthy, educated leaders of tomorrow. The organization was founded in 2010 by Super Bowl 48 Champion and television personality, Michael Robinson. Robinson is a graduate of Varina High School (2001) located in Henrico County Virginia. Excel To Excellence is a 501(C)3 non profit organization
What We DoThe Excel Virtual Support Program is designed to assist with the circumstances of COVID 19 by creating a safe space with high powered internet services where young people, 1st to 8th grade, can come get support for virtual schooling. Excel Virtual Support operates in a sanitized and structured environment where small group settings are maintained for healthy socializing. With our trained counselors on site, the Excel Virtual Support Program is armed to meet and assist our young people in managing virtual schooling.
Virtual Learning doesn't mean you have to be isolated. Our Excel Virtual Support Program is more than supervised virtual schooling...it's peace of mind." How Do We Service YouOur goal is to provide excellence in our virtual schooling program with engaged adult counselors and engaging activities everyday in a safe environment. We believe our program will help your child develop academically, emotionally and socially. All adult counselors are literate in Schoology and Clever while also being trained in Covid-19 protocols . We also strive to get physical activity daily. (ex. basketball, walking, yoga, stretching, etc.) We also feed our young people Breakfast, Lunch and a Snack daily.
Why Are We HereDue to circumstances created by COVID-19, the Excel Virtual Support program was created to meet the virtual schooling need of students, grades 1-8, who desire a safe, sanitized and structured environment for schooling while Henrico County Public Schools, along with other school districts, have a virtual learning option.
Where Are We Located 2001 Michael Robinson Way, Henrico, Va 23231. Doors open for early drop-off at 7:30am. Excel Virtual Support starts at approximately 8:30am. Excel After School program is approximately 3pm to 6pm Monday-Friday.
